  • Responsible for development & deployment of learning modules ensuring maximum outreach and consistent knowledge built-up and carrying out analysis of training needs and develop various technical and behavioral training modules.

  • Conducting skill gap analysis and collaborated with subject matter experts to develop customized training programs.
  • Maintaining and publishing monthly training MIS and insights, identifying and analyzing training needs across all levels basis the existing business requirement, gap, HR processes and future plans for corporate functions.

  • Received appreciation for outstanding work and promise shown at Assam Cares Migrant Relief Initiative on behalf of Government of Assam, for delivering voice support to displaced migrant workers during the Covid-19 pandemic and offering uninterrupted support till they were able to connect with the government for monetary relief.
